FAQ

How do I book a consultation?

Use the booking form on the contact page, send us a WhatsApp message or call us. We confirm within one business day. Consultations can be held online or in person at an agreed location.

How does a consultation start, and is there a fee?

We start with a short introductory call at no charge to understand your matter and tell you whether we can help. A detailed consultation carries a clear fee that we confirm in advance, before any commitment.

How are legal fees set?

Depending on the work: fixed fees for defined services such as company formation or a contract, hourly rates, or an all-inclusive arrangement for cases. We sign a written fee agreement before starting.

Do you work with foreign investors?

Yes, we provide this service. We work in Arabic, English and Chinese and support investors from Ministry of Investment registration to operations.

Is my information confidential?

Client confidentiality is a professional and statutory duty for every lawyer. We protect your data and documents in line with the Personal Data Protection Law and our published privacy policy.

What should I bring to a consultation?

Any contracts, correspondence, judgments or title deeds related to your matter, and a copy of your ID or commercial registration. Sending them beforehand makes the consultation more precise.

Do you appear in courts across the Kingdom?

Yes, we represent clients before courts across the Kingdom, and many hearings are now held electronically.
