Terms of Use
This website, bayan.com.sa, is operated by Al-Bayan Al-Wadih Law Firm, a professional company, Ministry of Justice licence No. 451483, Commercial Registration No. 1131336013. By using the site you agree to these terms.
Nature of content
Articles, FAQs and the legal library are for general awareness and may not reflect the latest legal amendment. They are not legal advice, and no decision should be based on them without a lawyer reviewing the facts of your matter. Law texts are taken from official sources; in case of any difference, the text published by the official source prevails.
Calculators and tools
Results from the calculators and the Al-Bayan assistant are estimates and guidance, based on the data you enter and the law texts at the time they were prepared. They do not replace a review of your contract and documents, and the firm is not responsible for any decision based on them alone.
Contact and booking
Sending a request by form, WhatsApp or email does not create a lawyer–client relationship. That relationship arises only from a written agreement setting out the scope of work and fees, and representation before judicial bodies requires a formal power of attorney. Please do not send confidential documents before we contact you and agree how to send them.
Consultations
We start with a short introductory contact at no charge to understand your matter; a detailed consultation carries a fee that we tell you in advance. Legal opinions rely on the facts and documents the client provides, and the firm is not liable for the effect of information withheld or provided incorrectly. The firm commits to professional diligence and does not guarantee any particular outcome.
Notarization
Notarization services are provided through a notary licensed by the Ministry of Justice, under the Notarization Law and its regulation. The applicant is responsible for the accuracy of the documents and data provided.
Intellectual property
The logo, identity, text, graphics and tools belong to the firm. Brief quotation with credit and a link is allowed; full copying or commercial use requires written permission. Official law texts are not the firm's property.
External links
Links to government and other websites are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content or availability.
Changes
We may update these terms; the version published here applies. Last updated: 4 November 2026.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and any dispute about them falls under the competent courts of the Kingdom.
