Data we collect
Your name, contact details, the service requested, a description of your matter and any documents you choose to send us. We only ask for sensitive data where the legal service needs it, and after agreeing with you how to send it.
How your data reaches us
Through the site's forms, which open a WhatsApp message or an email, and through your direct contact with us. The site itself does not store what you type into forms, calculators or the Al-Bayan assistant: they run in your browser, and nothing reaches us unless you send it.
Why we process it and on what basis
To respond to your request, provide the legal service agreed with you and meet our statutory and professional obligations, on the basis of your consent when you contact us, the performance of our agreement with you, or a legal obligation. We never sell your data, use it for marketing, or share it except as needed to provide the service or when lawfully required by a competent authority.
Service providers and data transfers
We use technical providers: Cloudflare for hosting, WhatsApp (Meta) for messaging and Zoho for email. Some data may be processed on these providers' servers outside the Kingdom; this is done as permitted by the PDPL and the Regulation on Personal Data Transfer outside the Kingdom, and only to the extent the service needs.
Retention and security
We keep data no longer than needed or legally required, then destroy it. We apply technical and administrative safeguards, and professional confidentiality covers everything you share with us.
The Al-Bayan assistant
The Al-Bayan assistant is a guidance tool that runs in your browser and does not send what you type anywhere. It gives general information only, not legal advice; if you choose to continue, it opens a WhatsApp message to the firm that you see before sending.
Browser storage
We store only your language choice in your browser, and the site you came from until you close the page. We use no advertising cookies or advertising trackers.
Site visit statistics
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which sets no cookies and does not identify you, only to count visits and see which pages are read most. When the site opens a WhatsApp message, one line is added at its end naming the page it was sent from and, where known, the site you came from; you see it before sending and can delete it.
Your rights
Under the law you may be informed about the processing of your data, access it and obtain a copy, ask for it to be corrected or destroyed once no longer needed, and withdraw your consent at any time. We reply within the statutory period. If you believe your data was processed unlawfully, you may complain to the Saudi Data and Artificial Intelligence Authority (SDAIA).
